Manchester City will not be kicked out of the Premier League if found guilty of breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
The Premier League will face Manchester City in what has been dubbed the ‘trial of the century’ over 115 breaches of FFP, which they allege have failed to provide accurate financial information over a nine-year period starting in 2009 and failed to co-operate with subsequent investigations.
Article 31 of the FA Cup regulations states that the Professional Games Board (PGB) may expel a club from the competition if the club is admitted to the competition but is removed from the league in which it competes.
Exclusion from domestic competitions could have a domino effect in Europe as well.As the PGB is made up of representatives from the Premier League, the Football Association can impose further penalties.

Let’s judge by facts, not by constant denials and counterclaims.” he said in the summer.
