Nicolas Jackson and Cole Palmer fired Chelsea to an emphatic win over West Ham

After two home losses, the East End jury is out on Julen Lopetegui, and many Hammers fans are behind David Moyes ditching him to replace him in the adventurous continent. It has already been noted that the Basque is not one of Europe’s great football liberals.

Not against Chelsea.Their goals burst out of the gate through huge pain gaps.Nicholas Jackson’s early goals were not without defensive sloppiness, and the two that followed were much the same.

In the first half, right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka looked the other way as Jadon Sancho’s quick free-kick sent Jackson past Alphonse Areola.   Having made two appearances for Sancho and providing two assists, the striker has plenty of work to do against Bournemouth last week.

Vitality’s match-winner Christopher Nkunku remained on the bench for the second half as Sancho started the first half, and Chelsea believe they have pulled off a coup with Sancho’s loan spell and cut-price transfer.   The dysfunction at Chelsea suits Sancho better than the dysfunction at Manchester United.

Eighteen minutes in, Lopetegui was blazing from the sidelines.Jackson, the rawest of assets, has a utility striker at Chelsea, or at least an asset at Stamford Bridge that exceeds cost as a corporate priority.

Bournemouth were excellent here and expertly scored their second goal, slotting the ball into the striker’s path.As the scorer said: “It was a great finish. They didn’t just score goals,” said Maresca of his late scorers, Jackson and Cole Palmer.  Even when Wolves were in shambles at Bournemouth, their midfield was still resilient against opponents.

PGMOL chief Howard Webb was cleared to act after VAR Stuart Attwell ruled that Wesley Fofana’s tackle on Cresencio Summerville was “just a moment”, and sentencing Lopetegui: “That’s the only excuse.”

After 38 minutes, Tomas Soucek replaced the unknown Guido Rodríguez.”If the coach changes a player in the first half, it is not the player’s fault.”  It’s the coach’s fault,” Lopetegui said.

Within 70 seconds of restart.Three points headed west.Maximilian Kilman stepped back and was foxed by Jackson’s intelligent cross.Palmer was too determined to pass up that opportunity. For all the attacking talent Chelsea has accumulated, every goal has been blocked 100%.

“They have the right to complain, the only answer is to do better,” said boss Lopetegui, who greeted Chelsea’s third substitution and Summerville’s substitutions.I didn’t get much service.

For Chelsea  Both co-owners scrunched up their noses at events held in the away dressing room.”It’s always good when we win a game for them. They were all happy. I think we’re on the right track. This is a long journey.   Everything seems fine. However, all is not well.” Mareska said.
